HouseLocator stores account, listing, message, payment, readiness and document-vault data needed to operate the platform.

Private evidence is not public by default. Users choose what to share with a specific counterparty and can revoke access.

Raw walkthrough videos are private by default and should be deleted after processing according to configurable retention settings.
